Changes are checked every 30 seconds while this page is open. Refresh to load the latest board. Updates can take a few minutes to appear.

Latest changes from the recent 200 log entries. A cancellation may already have been filled automatically.

Upcoming gaps from the last loaded board. Waiting players shown here chose this position and time, in allocation order. Each player still gets at most one slot per day. Review a slot to assign or move someone on the Board.

Listed in sign-up order, which is the order ties are settled in.
Priority: 0 = normal. Higher numbers (1 to 9) go before lower numbers, ahead of weekly appointment preference and resource scores. This applies across this event, except Day 3, which stays first come, first served. Changing priority does not displace confirmed or pinned appointments. Only the owner can change it; changes save immediately and are logged.

Then choose Validate and save. Existing signups are retained and matched to starts within their original half-hours. Nobody is automatically added to the new pre-reset slot. Pinned assignments are retained; unavailable windows stay protected. Rotation changes are blocked after publication.
This reopens the schedule for automatic allocation until the new confirmation time. All appointments for that day may change.
The schedule updates automatically every five minutes. Use it when you want the board to update immediately.
