Weekdays and weekends follow this time zone, not the game's UTC reset. Your usual local hours stay the same when clocks change.
About time zones
New preferences use your device's time zone. Saved preferences keep their zone. Changing it keeps the hours shown below, but uses them in the new zone. Save to apply.

How Bear Trap timing works
A hunt lasts 30 minutes. Each trap has a 48-hour reopening cooldown. After you earn points, your personal cooldown ends after two 00:00 UTC resets.
Missing a hunt does not start your personal cooldown. Check the next hunt and your eligibility in game.
For example, participation on Monday at 23:00 UTC clears the personal timer on Wednesday at 00:00 UTC.
