Leadership access
NAP R4s and R5s can read working copies using their Player ID. Proposals and votes require individual R5 voting access granted by Tex. This permission remains until Tex changes or revokes it. Tex retains a separate advisory vote.
R5s: open your personal access link. Tex can use the existing owner sign-in.
Access managementApproval belongs to the exact text of a proposal. Changes create a new proposal with no approvals. Future changes require all six R5 approvals; Tex's advisory vote does not replace any alliance.
