Kingdom 1904 / September transfer
Our transfer plan.
57 players approved. 1 place free.
Keep groups together. Protect the promised invites first.
The player list, alliances or planned invites have changed since this page was updated. Check Transfer review before sending invitations.
The tracker is now set to a different transfer event. This plan is for September. Update it before using it again.
This is the September invitation plan. New alliance approvals target November 8 and do not reserve invitations. Use Transfer review to recommend invites and track the next cycle. The High King makes the allocations.
Live tracker: approved, completed, recorded places left after allocated invitations. Checked .
01 / The budget
Only promised invites are reserved.
IMP with HughJass, Pitbull’s group, the remaining PHX player, the CoC player, every approved MED player and all three specials are covered. Everyone else has no invite promised yet.
All three invites stay promised.
IMP receives two; the third is assigned to in MED.24 approved players have no invite promised. At least four need an invite to fit everyone.
We have five normal invites left, but keeping groups together makes the choice harder. Outsiders can also take open places.57 approved players, with entry still to decide for 24
Each square is one player. Gray squares have no promised entry route yet. They are not guaranteed open places.
“Reserved” means an invite is promised in our tracker. The tracker’s “Invite sent” labels record these promises; they do not confirm invitations were sent in game. Viewing this page does not change the tracker.
Why these promises are fair
Every participating alliance with approved target transfers gets a guaranteed share of invites. WPK and PUB have the largest queues, so each gets a substantial guaranteed group while leaving room for the other alliances. The aim is to share invites fairly and keep groups together, not rank players by power.
Counting normal and special invites together, WPK has 15 promised invites, PUB has 9, MED has 7, PHX has 1 and CoC has 1. The five remaining normal invites are not promised yet.
The remaining entry plan is not finished. TPB has seven players, EXC has 15, and two players have no group. With only five normal invites left, neither whole group fits. Inviting both individuals would still leave 22 group members competing for 20 open places. We need to revisit the invite split or the coming-player list before promising everyone an entry route. No group will be split automatically.
is no longer coming; keeps the PHX invite. also remains out. A newly approved MED player keeps the approved total at 57.
, sponsored by Jesi, is counted with IMP for this plan only. IMP has 15 and EXC has 15 in this plan.
02 / The promised list
33 players have promised invites.
30 normal invites and all three specials. Each player appears once in the cards below. Select a card to see the names.
03 / Choose a fixed power cap
Two options for the power limit.
The power limit cannot change after Phase II starts. Normal invites cannot bring in players above that limit. We cannot invite first and lower the limit later.
Recommended option
Keep the limit at 130M
Keep the 33 promised invites. Decide how the remaining 24 players can enter without splitting groups before sending the five remaining normal invites.
needs an in-game check. Recorded power is 141.537M. Check that the game shows Transfer Power at or below 130M and that the player has enough passes. We have no fourth special invite.
Main risk: most of our players fit, but outsiders who meet the limit can enter too.
Only if players can lower their Transfer Power
Lower the limit to 104M
Ask players to show their in-game transfer screen before choosing this limit. A normal invite cannot help a player above it.
16 have promised normal invites. Based on recorded power, 29 players fit this limit. Adding the three special invites brings that to 32. The other 25 must prove they can get below the limit.
Main risk: this limits stronger outsiders, but could also keep our own players out.
Why not 84M this window?
40 approved players are above 84M and have no special invite. That includes 22 players with promised normal invites. Only 14 players fit the limit, plus the three special invites. Too many of our players would need to lower their Transfer Power.
04 / Player power
How many players are in each power range.
These are recorded Governor Power values, not confirmed Transfer Power. Check the game before sending invites. A player at exactly 104M is counted in the range ending at 104M.
28 above 104M. 43 above 84M. Both counts include the three players with special invites.
05 / Who gets which invite
See exactly which invites are promised.
The current reservations now match the promised list. Everyone else shows “Not decided” for entry. They are still approved, but no invitation or open-entry place is promised to them yet.
What changed in the tracker?
Five earlier EXC normal reservations were cleared. Normal promises were added for the CoC player and the four approved MED players who did not already have one. The existing IMP, HughJass, Pitbull, remaining PHX and special promises stay in place.
The earlier suggestion to invite TPB and selected individuals is no longer the plan. Five normal invites remain unpromised. Approvals, team notes and target alliances were preserved. The departing PHX player is now marked not coming.

06 / What to do next
Before anyone presses transfer.
Check each player
Check first. Ask invited players to show their transfer screen, check their passes and confirm when they can join. For 104M, check that every affected player can meet the limit.
Agree on the list before Phase II
Check the in-game timer and power limit. Resolve the remaining entry gap while keeping groups together. Then choose one person to send the invites.
Help the open-transfer group
Once the remaining entry plan is agreed, choose one person to help the players using open transfer. Make sure everyone is ready when Phase III starts. Track who arrives and tell the team if outsiders take places.
